Unlike your traditional roommate scenario, Outpost’s fully furnished coliving spaces provide everything you love about shared living without the stresses normally experienced with having roommates. The Outpost Club is all about building relationships with people from all walks of life while still keeping your independence.
One of the most hated parts of having roommates for many people is dirty common areas. Constantly reminding (or being reminded by) a roommate to clean the dishes or tidy the bathroom can create hostility in even the best of coliving situations. That’s why the Outpost Club wanted to nip this problem in the bud before it ever arose for their tenants.
The Outpost Club reached out to Slate to help better their tenants’ coliving experience. They knew managing coliving spaces in a variety of different sizes and configurations, with 4 rooms to 40 available for interested colivers, could be a difficult ask for any cleaning company. However, Slate was quick to jump on the challenge. Slate organized with each of the Outpost Club’s coliving space coordinators to find cleaning schedules that would work for them. Additionally, Slate Keepers were available not only to clean the traditional communal spaces for the Outpost Club, like kitchens and living rooms, but also ensure gyms, basements, bathrooms, and other areas frequented by colivers remained spotless.
Thanks to Slate, the Outpost Club now receives reliable cleaning services from top-notch Keepers, week in and week out. Slate is proud to ensure that every communal space in each Outpost Club building is a place of community building not coliving strife. It’s a partnership that makes the tenant experience with Outpost Club just that much better.
